Lockdown along with some brutal weather conditions has equalled low motivation, yet Strava has been flooded with inspiration and encouragement from fellow Harriers.

November seems to have flown by, although not quite as quickly as us Wallsend Harriers have flown in our virtual 5km challenge.
Somehow the 5km seemed much tougher than October’s 10km challenge. Considering the chilly conditions and the lack of training buddies there have been some fantastic times as well as some new personal bests!
With the cold, dark nights drawing in and lockdown 2.0 in effect, this autumn is looking like it’s going to be rubbish, but will the mighty Green and Gold let that get us down?
