Club Championships Results
Well done to all those who took part in the Club Championships last night, an excellent turnout (despite the weather) and some excellent times from the Juniors up to the Vets. Well done to Elaine Liu and Harry Coates for being our club champions 2015, Olly Aird our under 16 winner and Samuel Warren, Wallsends Junior champ!
A special mention to Ian MacDougall who ran his 40th club championships!!! Thank you to Kevin Payne and Shirley Summers for helping with the officiating.
Attached is the updated league table, with only one race left its still all to play for. Only Matt le Tash (Gabrielle Aird’s new nickname for you) may challenge Simon Lyon as the overall grand prix winner, however its certainly not over for 2nd and 3rd. Anyone in the top 12 can still finish on the podium. Next and final race is the Tynedale 10miler on Sunday 30th August. Good Luck!
