And just a few days later the first track and field meet takes place on Sunday May 7th. With the majority happening on our doorstep at Monkton Stadium in Jarrow this year there really is no excuse. You never know, you might find you’re brilliant at a particular event or just really enjoy it.

The Toby run takes place every summer over one weekend where teams of runners do relays to cover over 100 (usually close to 200) miles across the North East of England. It’s a fantastic, memorable event. If you’ve not been involved before and fancy taking part then contact Elaine.
